the different iftar experience

okay so entry ini memang lambat gilaaa
sebab dah raya pun :)

anyway just wanna share the iftar experience this year which was a lil bit different from other years

held on 19th august 2011, the iftar session of rockensteiners club (the official fan club of faizal tahir) together with the rockstar himself, and the kids from rumah amal kasih bestari subang

it was a great experience getting involved with this. about a month before the event started, we (me, efie, ahh, kakput) and the wife of the rockstar sudah berbincang regarding the anak anak yatim,
it was indeed a very good chance untuk melihat dengan mata sendiri, merasai dengan jiwa dan melihat kesusahan mereka: sebab sebelum event ini, honestly tak pernah terfikir untuk menghulurkan bantuan,
so anyways, me and efie pergi 2 oprhanages; one is RAKB and the other one is in batu caves, near sri gombak
after discussing dengan 'orang atasan', maka sebulat suara memilih RAKB: one is because the location lagi senang untuk memudahkan kerja pengangkutan because they dont have transport untuk ke tiara rini ballroom, the royale bintang.

tersentuh hati melihat anak2 kecil yang sudah mengenal erti susah. without the love of parents. yang ada cuma mereka yang baik hati; penjaga penjaga yang menjaga mereka seperti anak sendiri. may Allah bless them ,. amin

okay anyways,the event was held as mentioned before at tiara rini ballroom, royale bintang hotel yang sebelah the curve tu.
we sampai the hotel around 3-ish itupun sebab malam sebelumnya, we didnt get enough sleep coz we were at tune studio klang; practicing for our own performance ; sempena tribute to faizal tahir. hahaha
memang cuak sebab suara dah la memang tak sedap. but we tried la, sebab nak backout memang tak boleh dah sebab itu je la satu satunya performace from the fans pun. haha :P

sampai kat tiara rini ballroom, kena soundcheck bagai. mula2 okay aja sekali tu faizal entered the room and semua dah pucat lesi tak mampu nak keluarkan suara :P hehe
soundcheck session ended at 4 something.
then terus rushing ke bilik hotel (thanks kakput!) untuk change, siap2 and kena before 530 jemput the kids at the rumah amal kasih bestari

so as planned, me (bawak estima), efie with her car, douglas bawak the kuda putih, azrul, and bubu hubby kakput gerak almost 530 jugak. and we were stucked dalam jam yang sangatttttt teruk. cuak gila sebab takut sangat tak sempat. and susah sebab kena convoi. hahaha :P

we managed to get there, tapi tengok2 rumah tu dah kosong. melompat2 kat luar rumah tu and call the mrs wifeymintak tolong contact the penjaga. hehe.
rupanya all the kids da menunggu di rumah lagi satu: penempatan untuk kanak2 perempuan. fuhhhh!~
but Alhamdulillah managed to get there in time. bawak laju tak ingat and ikut shortcut. so macam just in time je sampai. alhamdulillah!

and sempat mendengar ucapan dan bacaan doa berbuka puasa dari encik faizal tahir :)
and kemudian melayan anak2 itu berbuka puasa. seronok tengok diorang enjoying the food.
and saya pula makan sikit je sebab memang dalam bulan ramadhan yang lalu kurang makan. takde selera sangat

selepas itu after maghrib, we were called for the opening performance ; fuhhh nervous sangat!!!
dah la known fact tahu ada yang tak suka kot, tapi buat2 tak tahu je laa. honestly saya tiada niat untuk cari gaduh dengan sesiapa pun,. tak semua yang akan suka kita kan kan kan :)
so four of us : dee, efie, me n ahh.
kami nyanyikan lagu bencinta; one of faizal's personal fave song. diiringi petikan keyboard dari bubu. takdelah sedap sangat tapi tolerable kot :p
paling penting, saya lihat wajah ahmad izham omar, audi mok, jennifer thompson, muka baby rifaei (muka konpius dia. kekeke) and the rockstar himself.
rasa mcm suka sebab tengok faizal angguk2 kepala and tepuk tangan. and kenapa saya rasa dia bangun and clap to us. thanks sir :))

kemudian the emcees : anas tahir (adik faizal) n azfar oiam memang buat lawok gila2. hahaha. among the artistes yang hadir: zizan rajalawak, iqa mentor. tu je la kot. yang lain composer omar k, wakil dari sponsors. the royale ft force *tapi the new line up* : syafiq, penn, jenk.
family faizal: dr tahir n aunty muzlipah aishah, and adik2 faizal

the peak of the event: sumbangan ikhlas dari faizal kepada anak2 RAKB. comel je tengok mereka beratur nak amik duit raya dari faizal. hehe. kemudian ada jugak donation dari semua yang hadir kepada RAKB and GAZA (because ayahanda faizal terlibat with the gaza mission)

kemudian nyanyian dari faizal n the force: 1st song faizal ft anas: lagu berita kepada kawan. yang sangat sangat best.
kemudian hanyut, selamat malam n lagu raya! :)

the event ended lambat sbb tunggu the autograph session with faizal! hehe.
and comel gila sebab kedua2 kakak saya hadir malam itu, nak jumpa faizal. hehehe
semangat je dorang beratur :P
paling tak tahan kak sue saya cuak sangat! hahaha. i told her: kaksu, bagi ni kat faizal, ckp adik bagi.
kaksu: adik aku nama apa?

ini moment touching. the lil boy is idris, peminat faizal, anak sulung kakput. kami mengidamkan dah lama untuk lope jumpa uncle faizal. the first time faizal jumpa him was masa dutch lady event, faizal came up to him~ and kali ini juga, faizal mendukung idris yang terus je manja ngan uncle faizal. sweet :) thanks uncle faizal. maybe thats what idris katakan dalam hati kan kan

semoga Allah murahkan rezeki faizal n family for the good deeds they have done. nothing beats from seeing the kids smile happily. ive seen that smile and i feel like crying.
selama ni people cakap mcm2 about faizal tahir. eg: faizal sombong and berlagak :P hehe
but u know we all love u (NOT) :P
so yes,keep on standing
Allah lebih mengetahui segalanya
